Friendship day muses

Simply happy that on the name of friendship day, i am all updated about friends happening or at least rejuvenated my lame social life in a way via phone/email/card/sms to n fro/chat from every nook n corner of the small world.

It feels the long crib+cack+arbit session are back with a bang, reminding of old insti days with fresh touches of so called mature talks, mostly on crib list new entry i.e. sucking jobs, high level relationship updates(*no silly details), Gyaan movie/books checklist and what not (But, Pappu can’t mention sala:D)

This Blog is simply to mark my belief to make the day’s presence as SPECIAL!!

Eternity of time..

I have been thinking to write blog and many more things from past few days. But, as usual me being lazy bum, end up doing nothing.  And after a while I wake up and start putting up misplaced puzzling block (to-do work, thoughts, unreturned phone calls, emails et cetera) here there n everywhere. May be I started growing a little late. And in the eternity of time, what is LATE??

There is only 7 days. Choose any day, but start. Nevertheless, here is my POST, quite random, similar to my state.

Year just flies by, 2008 is knocking the door..As I look back and see, 2007 marks the weirdest year so far in my life. I have seen worst of myself and situation. A whole year passed by without me finding time/energy/inclination to actually do anything. Things are completely lopsided with me. Nothing specific to mention, except my nani’s demise. But personally and professionally learnt hazaar stuff in this single year as compare to past 23 yrs.

Nani, this is for you. You will always be present in eternity of time to follow as you did in past. Thank you Nani.

after long hiatus

i just got into shell for a while….and now i am out with big bang:)

Highlights of period

1. Delhi Shimla trip: Arshi’s marriage was a reason to be in SHIMLA. A long awaited trip planned with dii just like that. A freaky trip spent on walking, dancing n sleeping. It seems dreamy n casual trip and not formal marriage trip. Funniest part was to only discuss MBA plans that too during customs n rituals of marriage…Bas kya kahene. 

2. Coorg Trip: Water rafting, trekking in jungles, river crossing and what more. An action packed 3 day events and you even don’t feel how time spent by with nature and you actually enjoy such intense period. You are in PRESENT, doing thinking only what is happening now. I am game for any trekking, just call me:D

3. Banglooru trip: Thanks to the trip, I made to my 4 yrs old promise. We visited temple to inaugurate his new car. But, b4 driving car, one need to cross parking space n there it goes…hmmmmmmmm

4. Hostpitalized for few days: now that’s something to look into. First time in my life I am admit and no one is there next to me to even take me to hospital. The funniest part is when I was filling all the administrative formalities; everyone was looking at me as if I am some kind of alien. Whatever be it, it was just one hell of experience.

5. Mom & Dad visit n then back @ home: wow just 24 x 7 time pass and all 4 meals ready.  In the end I was too bored to spend even a sec without work. I was searching for some work.

6. Back to HYD: Almost after 1 month lukkha, I intend to do loads of work. I came and did good part of it, but sad part is i missed meeting both my Bro during diwali.

i for INDIA

I for India. In the context of current cricket series, it proved by contribution from each n every indian player …

I guess India plays better without COACH :d  mind boggling performance by Indian cricket team, each has contibuted in 664 with only one unbeaten century by Kumble(ROFTL the funny outburst of VVS Laksman was the most entertaining part;))..rest all had double figure contri. 

CHAK DE INDIA,  promoting caption of ’Winning is Everything’.  Well, so, here is it…India on way to win the series after ‘86.

So is the movie CHAKDE India with subtle onliners, full of team and Country Spirit. worth a shot. i just came from movie hall and felt like writing a blog, i can feel the energy….just loved that proud feeling. it is simply superb. 

On the similar line of thought where exactly, i fit in this PiE == i for india?? still on way to unravel this What n Why TruBlu Q??

Time flies..

 I just realized that time flies by as quickly as sand from your fist… quite an old cliché’. May 24, 2007 marks the completion of my 3 yrs of corporate life in twin cities.

 There are conspicuous changes in me and city in general in past 3 years, further delves into later part (Only few salient points):

• Now, its part of greater Hyderabad and 2nd largest city of India after New Delhi.
• Target city for terrorism …very recently i.e.  Last Friday on May 18, 07 there was a Blast near Mecca masjid. Thanks to bad hutch network, it saved many lives.
• IT hub,  name any MNC, its here
• Big time work on Infrastructure…WIP in for flyovers, ring road construction, malls, restaurants, pubs, SEZ , IIT & international airport.
• Real estate is all time high.
• Global warming has its toll on HYD. Negative factors like hot Weather (~40 degrees), Pollution, and water pollution (100%)

I feel crazy now when I recall how much I hated this place for almost more than a year. I guess It’s just that I dint wanted to get out of  that IIT mode.

When I look back and introspect, I feel I learnt a lot in these 3 years.
